Privacy

DenizenMC Tools is a small, invite-only project run by one person. This is everything it keeps, in plain words.

What's stored

  • Your email and a hashed password, to sign you in.
  • The display name and avatar you choose.
  • Files you upload to Cloud Storage.
  • A daily count of how many times you've used each tool, to apply limits.
  • A session cookie that keeps you signed in. Nothing else tracks you.

What isn't

  • Configs, text and worlds you use in the converters, validator, diff and compressors. Those tools run in your browser and never send the content to a server.
  • No analytics, ads or third-party trackers.

Where it lives

  • Accounts: Supabase.
  • Cloud Storage files: the site owner's Google Drive, in a folder this app can only see its own files in. Files are never public on Google's side. Every view goes through this site, which checks passwords and expiry each time.
  • The site itself: Netlify.
  • If signup CAPTCHA is on: Cloudflare Turnstile checks that a signup isn't a bot.

Removing your data

  • Delete files yourself any time. Trashed files are gone for good after 48 hours.
  • To delete your account and everything in it, ask EliteDenizen on Discord.
